Can my certificates be mailed / faxed to me?

Yes, we can mail hard copies of your certificates to you and/or your board.

After logging into your account, click on "My Account" and then "Certificates."

Click on the "Request a copy be Mailed or Faxed" link located in item #3.

Choose any and all certificates that you would like to have mailed or faxed by clicking on the title of each course. Then fill out the information needed (this information will depend on whether you are having your certificates mailed to you / your board or faxed to you / your board).

Take note that the address you provide will be the address that your certificates are mailed to.

Click the green "Submit" button.

Complete the payment process and click "Complete Your Order."

Our office will be notified of your request as soon as payment has been submitted and your certificates will go out the next business day.
