My credit card was declined.
The most common reasons for credit card denial are: 1) something is entered incorrectly on the first try and the browser 'holds on to' this incorrect information or 2) your card issuing company is not allowing the transaction. If you contact us through our support center (lower right corner of our website), we can clear your credit card information from our system so you may try entering it again. If you get the same error message you can either contact your issuing bank or select either the 'mail a check' or the 'PayPal' payment option and follow the instructions. You can of course always try another card.
