Where are my certificates?

Quantum provides various methods for accessing and printing your certificates.

A complimentary copy is always e-mailed to you upon payment of your course, if you have an e-mail address on file with your account. You can always add / change / update your e-mail address at any time. You might also check your spam or junk mail folder for our e-mail with your certificates attached.

You can also have your certificates mailed or faxed to you.

You can find your certificates for completed courses within your account by:

  • Logging into your account.
  • Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner.
  • Click on "Certificates.”

  • Click on "[Certificate]" located to the right of the course that you are interested in. Pay special attention to the date that you took the course, as some of our professionals take the same course each renewal period and the date on the certificate will be the date that you took the course.

  • Highlight your license or credential number by clicking on it with your mouse. If you would like more than one license on your certificate, while holding down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard (Windows) or the "Command" key (Mac), you will highlight each license number.
  • Click the green "Download Certificate" button and your certificate will be downloaded to your computer. Take note that it will automatically go into whichever folder you have your computer set for downloads. The title of the file will be "certificate," so you can also search your computer's files.

Because we are unable to adjust the space for licenses and credentials on the CE certificate, we recommend that you print up separate certificates, adding only two or three licenses to each.

For viewing certificates, we suggest that you have the latest Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.
